Experience

I earned bachelor's degrees in physics and math at the University of Arizona. I then went on to the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, earning a masters degree in electrical engineering. I've tutored many different subjects for a wide range of students, from helping college students with math to assisting kindergarten students with reading and all points in between. My favorite subject to tutor is math, because I enjoy helping students realize their capabilities to build their confidence in the subject. I like teaching math in a way that helps students look at concepts in a more concrete way. I can tutor algebra, geometry, calculus, trigonometry, quantitative reasoning, multivariable calculus, and test preparation for the GRE, SAT, PSAT, and others. In my free time, I enjoy dancing ballroom and Latin style.
